I had a great experience at Titan Chevrolet. I had my 60k service done so it was not cheap. However, reps there found me a rebate and I was able to use my GM points. Brittany did a great job setting me up with a loaner and answering any questions I had and they finished all the work ahead of schedule! Overall a great experience. 😊

On time, was pleased.

The service advisor had no idea they were doing.. didn’t that they had a special event after I showed them .. delayed me over a hour by electing to do recalls without telling me. Messed the bill up overcharged me and trident know how to correct it . Had to go to parts to get them to fix the bill for her. Sorry it was just a long 2.5 hrs,

I had to have my 2022 Silverado towed in and your service department had it ready the next morning. Brian was a really nice guy, I had picked up a few boards from the lumber store and he graciously offered to drop them off at my home on his way home from work. Now that is what I call above and beyond. Everyone at your dealership was very friendly and courteous. We will definitely consider coming in when it's time to purchase another vehicle.

Got me in the next day for a recall. I got there a few minutes early and they met me at my truck. Service was very fast and all staff was exceptional.

It was the service on 6/12/2025 @3pm Service department was very polite and courtesy and she answered our questions and concerns.
